Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing. Access to tenant data is scoped by company. We apply technical and organisational measures designed to protect data against unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure.

We retain account and asset records for as long as your organisation uses ALT and as needed to meet legal, audit, or operational requirements. You may request information about retention practices by contacting us.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of personal information. Organisation administrators manage most user and employee records within ALT.
