Acceptance

By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or using ALT, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use ALT on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.

Service description

ALT is a web-based IT asset management system. Features, availability, and limits may change as the service evolves. We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Accounts and access

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Access is role-based; you may only perform actions permitted for your role.
• We may suspend access for security reasons, policy violations, or non-payment where applicable.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use ALT for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable regulations;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, data, or other tenants;
• upload malicious code or interfere with service operation;
• misuse asset, employee, or organisational data beyond legitimate business purposes.

Customer data

Your organisation retains ownership of data entered into ALT. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and back up that data solely to provide and improve the service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALT is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim, where applicable.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email where appropriate. You may stop using ALT at any time; we may terminate access for breach of these Terms.
